The Process
Step 1: Fill out the contact form
The very first thing we want to do is set up a time for a phone conversation between you and our team. Fill out the contact form under Let’s Dream together. Here please tell us a little about yourself and the dream project that you want to see come to life. Also send at least three (3) photos of the area that you want transformed.(upload them to the file folder at the bottom of the contact page) Take a photo from the main viewing area of the house and one on the right and one on the left of the area. This is important because it gives us an idea of what can be possible in this area before we schedule a phone conversation.
Step 2: The Phone call:
Once we receive your photos we will contact you to set up a discover phone call. On this call we will discuss many things. We want to get to know you and get an understanding of what this project means to you and if we can help. We will go over your budget and what to expect during the process. We will give you a ball park estimate on what we think the project might cost. If we are in agreement we will set up an on-site consultation.
Step 3: The on-site consultation
The Project Manager will visit your site and we ask that all decision-makers be present. We’ll collect your consultation fee which will be credited toward your construction project. During this consultation we’ll take measurements, photos and discuss design layouts with you to help you get a better sense of what's possible. Throughout it all, we're here to guide you with expert advice and recommendations.
From there, we'll draw up your agreement and collect your deposit or design fee to secure your place on our schedule. For some projects, we'll start our design process right there on the spot!
Step 4: The Pre-Build Meetup
You'll meet in person with the Project Manager and your crew leader, where we'll revisit the scope of your work and the fine details of your project. We'll mark everything out on the ground so you can get a sense of the layout in your space, and you'll have the opportunity to ask questions. This meeting usually occurs 1-2 weeks before construction.
Step 5: The Build
Your Project Manager remains your point of contact throughout the construction phase. Our crew works hard to stick to the agreed upon schedule and budget, pending any change requests or weather conditions and other circumstances out of our control. We'll provide weekly updates on the status of the project and communicate proactively whenever something needs your attention.
Step 6: The Check out
You'll take a final look at your newly created space with your Project Manger/Crew Leader and we'll show you how to properly care for and maintain your outdoor features. This is also when we'll collect your final payment.
