Description of Maintenance Plans
PONDS
MONTHLY MAINTENANCE
SERVICE IS PER MONTH. SELECT # OF MONTHS DESIRED.
●Check water conditions
●Clean skimmer, remove any blockages, clean pump
●Adjust water level, apply detoxifier (as needed)
●Trim back plans (as needed)
●Application of water treatment materials can be added at cost of materials (Materials include beneficial bacteria, water clarifiers, algaecide, fertilizer tablets for plants)
FALL SERVICE VISIT
●Surface skim and remove leaves from the pond
●Clean pump - remove or leave running
●Trim back plants in and around edge of pond
●Install net support system and netting
●Leave behind 300W de-icer (add $125)
●Leave behind aerator (add $155)
DELUXE CLEANOUT
●Drain and thoroughly rinse pond, remove residual debris
●Power wash rocks and gravel
●Trim & adjust pond plants
●Clean biological and mechanical filter
●Check Lights for proper functionality
●Clean and reconnect pump for the season
●Detoxify pon d water, making it safe for the fish and plants
●Acclimate pond fish back into their environment
STRESS FREE MAINTENANCE
●Spring Deluxe Cleanout Service
●Fall Service Visit
●10 monthly Maintenance Visits
●Monthly Maintenance Visits include application of all water treatment materials - $250
●Includes Automatic Dosing System (rental)- $149 Value
